What do you do when you feel overwhelmed and feel like you will fail and the anxiety makes you sick? Weird, very weird. I'm perfectly fine now.

Relax, take some deep breaths, think of something that makes me happy, reassure myself that I'm doing good and just keep going.

Thanks for the tips. For some unknown reason the anxiety and pain just disappeared? Hope it doesn't come back anytime soon.

Pain? what is this pain of which you speak? where does its prescence so torturously reap sorrow to your precious body. For how many fortnights did it linger like a ghost ov'r a house.
if you can explain how bad it felt based on the smiliy face scale you see upon the walls of hospital rooms

I keep trying to focus on the positve side. What if things go well etc etc but it doesn't seem to work. I have never seemed to care very much for success. I only enjoy success because it means I didn't fail. stew piddle bwane

The pain has been horrid headaches.
I woke up with one this morning. I got to work and got my coffee with creamer and started in. Then is just got so bad and I started getting all panicky so I called the doctor to see if they could see me today instead of Monday.
Soooooooo I went to the doctor and he reminded me of my anxiety and depression problems and he gave me meds for it. Also told me to take something else for my headaches. We shall see how these work in a couple of weeks. I hope they work. I can't stand this pain anymore and can't stand this anxiety or myself much.

holy cow poops. I am so sorry to see you in such pain, maybe the stress from visiting your mom, I won't give any advice as I am a bit of a leper here but take care of yourself.
